Premise of Engagement
WeSave, Inc. initially engaged Mind Merge Design to provide assistance in improving wesave.com, the core of the company’s business. However, it became apparent that the company as a whole needed to be significantly overhauled in order to achieve its maximum potential.
Solution
Over a span of two and a half years, we worked hands on with WeSave’s key stakeholders, to collectively improve the strategic vision, brand, marketing efforts, personnel infrastructure, operations, promotional materials, and client campaigns to position the company in a new direction which allowed it to grow on a national scale.
