Juan Giraldo is the co-founder and Director of Design at Mind Merge Design (MMD). Prior to MMD, Juan’s experience has included Director of Design for WeSave Inc., full time graphic design faculty at West Virginia University (WVU), as well as working with various design companies in his native country before coming to the United States in 1996. Over the last 20 years he has worked with many high profile clients on a wide variety of design projects. From web and print design to branding, Juan has the expertise to provide creative solutions for MMD clients.
Juan received his MFA and BFA in Graphic Design from WVU and also earned a degree in Advertising from the Instituto de Artes in his hometown, Medellin, Colombia. He has lived in Morgantown since 1996. When he is not at the office working he is spending time with his wife and his son JuanEfe.
Tim Morgan is the Co-Founder and Director of Strategy at Mind Merge Design (MMD). Prior to MMD, Tim served as the Executive Vice President of WeSave Inc., the nation’s leading online savings network exclusively for public employees at the state and local levels. Additionally, in 2003 he formed Morgan Design LLC, a successful marketing and design business with a client base that extended around the country and more than a dozen industries. While building his consulting company Tim held positions with the VMC Homeland Security Programs, WVU’s College of Business and Economics, and a Real Estate Mixed Use Development company. For the past eight years, Tim has consulted with local, regional, and national clients providing strategic marketing, service design, web and multi-media development, print design, branding, and operational enhancement counsel. Holding a strong belief in quality, relationships, and hard work, Tim has brought his experience and creativity
into MMD.
Tim is a native of Morgantown, WV and received a BFA in Graphic Design in 2002 from West Virginia University. When he is not at the office he is spending time with his wife and three daughters, and yes, he is aware that they will eventually become teenagers.
