The MPD wanted to showcase the exceptional men and women that serve the Morgantown community to bolster recruitment and better inform the public. They did not have a dedicated website or any supporting collateral. This presented a great challenge and opportunity to start from scratch and effectively market the MPD.

The goal for the new Morgantown Police Department website was to create an intuitive and direct user experience for the various target audiences. The design was kept clean and supported by the latest in CMS platforms and technologies.

Articulating the elemental qualities of the MPD and its people was an integral part of the success of the new website. We created targeted brand messaging statements that uniquely captured the attributes that make the MPD special. The intent was to quickly and concisely reach the target audiences through the communications and generate a positive response.

Quality and compelling imagery will make or break the effectiveness of an online presence. We captured custom commercial photography and video segments of the various division, personnel, and career paths with the MPD. The outcome was a visually rich presentation that connects with the target audiences and showcases the human element.
