Premise of Engagement
In 2009 Wholesale Carpet Outlet joined forces with Flooring America to become WCO Flooring America. The challege they had was ensuring that they held true to the core roots of their business while making significant efforts to grow. The needed help in developing a strategic marketing plan and advertising collateral.
Solutions
We worked closely with WCO to develop a strategic plan for making the brand transition and driving customers into their locations. Additonally, MMD handled the media buying which saved WCO tens of thousands of dollars.
